A durable service needs honest promises.
Atlas Space is presented as digital storage capacity, not a legal ownership interest in physical land. The service must not promise “forever” without a funded continuity plan, export mechanism and clear closure policy.
Legacy administration
A successor administers the archive but does not become the original creator. Original entries remain attributed and protected. A successor cannot unlock capsules early or change privacy decisions unless the creator explicitly allowed it or the law requires it.
Moderation
Users must not upload unlawful, abusive, impersonating or privacy-violating content. Memory-wall contributions may require approval. These terms are a functional placeholder and must be replaced by reviewed legal terms before public launch.
